Fees and Disbursements

The cost for our services are as follows:

The multiple domain name costs applies with one application and names that are reasonably closely related. It also only applies where there is only one applicant and respondent.

The prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable sales taxes will be charged in addition to the fees.

We require a deposit as shown, plus 5% GST to accompany the complaint. An invoice will be issued at completion.

Disbursements will be charged at cost.

If the ONE panelist option is chosen, we will refund the difference between the one panelist and three panelist fee.
