What is Resolution Canada™?Resolution Canada Inc. is one of two companies authorized by CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) to conduct dispute resolution for registrations in the dot-CA domain in accordance with the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Rules. This site will lead you through the steps required to complete a filing, and will also explain the other methods available for filing a dispute. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us with any questions you might have on the process. Also listed are copies of the decisions reached for other disputes processed by Resolution Canada, and we also link to the decisions produced by the other authorized provider. If you are contemplating making a complaint, it is important that you familiarize yourself with the rules and policies of CIRA that govern the resolution process, as well as the decisions rendered and how these policies and rules are being interpreted.
